Thank You
Thank you to everyone for a wonderful season. It was not a perfect season, but one in which there was success and hopefully much was learned! We wish all of the Seniors all the best as they move on in life and hope that they are able to continue to grow.
One final announcement, anyone that is interested in working on their speed, Coach Sullivan, the boys coach, will be meeting at the track every Tuesday night from 6-7pm. It would be an opportunity for anyone still wanting to work and develop and is looking to move up next year. The cost would be $5 a night and I am sure he will have beverages for everyone each night as well.
To go along with this, Coach Coauette, our Throws coach, will be at the track on the same nights, same time, so if any thrower, or anyone you may know that would be interested in throwing, would like to do some work, he will be there as well.
Thanks again and if there is anything anyone has any questions about, please let me know,
Denny Green

4x400 6th at State
Congratulations to Amber Harris, Brianna Clarke, Rozlynn Lund, and Kalley Kalley Harris as they finished the season with a 6th place finish in the 4x400m Relay at the State Track Field Meet on Saturday. The girls finished with the second fastest time in school history, just missing their record setting time from the prelims on Friday by less than a second! It was a fun race to watch and the girls never gave up! Great work girls!

Section Results
Congratulations to all of the girls that were apart of the Section Team and the effort that they put in this week!! Meet results can be found at Wayzata Results under Section 5AA.
Congratulations need to especially go out to Amber and Kalley Harris as they were able to qualify for next weekends State Meet in the 300 IM Hurdles. This will be Amber's 3rd time to State.
Amber and Kalley then joined Brianna Clarke and Rozlynn Lund as the 4x400m team won the Section title, qualify for the State Meet and set a school record that had stood for 19 years, knocking almost 6 seconds off of the old record! Both events will have prelims on Friday morning with the opportunity to make the finals on Saturday morning.
Also, please remember that uniform hand in and team voting will be done after school on Monday, June 2nd. Uniforms will need to be washed and turned in otherwise fines will be assessed.
Thank you for all of the support from everyone and for all of the work that everyone put in this year, as well as the work, dedication, and leadership that our Seniors have done over the past few years. This program can never reach the heights and goals it does without a strong group of Seniors!!
Thanks

4th at Conference
The Girls finished in a solid 4th
place in the Northwest Suburban Conference Meet. The Cardinals
were led by the 4x800m relay team of Elise Weimholt, Susan Porter, Rozlynn
Lund, and Bryna DelCastillo, who were Conference Champs and ran the 2nd fastest time in school history, and Amber Harris, who
edged out her sister Kalley Harris, for a family 1-2 in the 300m Hurdles, all also
received All Conference Honors. Other All Conference winners were Bryna
DelCastillo in the 3200m run (4th), Amber Harris in the 100m Hurdles (2nd), Brianna Clarke
in the High Jump (4th), Sam Lefaive in the Pole Vault (4th) and the 4x400m relay team of
Brianna Clarke, Michelle Onyekaba, Rozlynn Lund and Bryna DelCastillo (3rd), who missed the school record by just over a second.
Honorable Mentions went to Allie Stalboerger: 200m (6th) , Kalley Harris: 100m
Hurdles (6th), Rachel Anderson: Discus (6th), McKenzie Haas: Pole Vault 95th), and Nicole
Stalboerger, Mari Blesi, Brianka Agboola, and Allie Stalboerger 5th in the 4x100m Relay. Overall meet results are posted now on Raceberry Jam. Look under Northwest Suburban Conference in the results of Outdoor Track.
It was a great all around effort and congrats to all of the girls that competed. Once again there were many season and personal bests from everyone, and that is what made the week a big positive. We might have missed our goal of winning, but the girls put forth an effort that made the other teams have to show up in order to beat us.
Thanks for the parents that were there to help and those who came to support. It was also great to finally have some really nice weather to enjoy what the girls were able to do!
Thanks
Thanks
