Centennial 9/10 Results

Our individual results for the Centennial 9/10 Meet are now posted.  Sorry that I have not gotten the Meet Results for Tuesday's meet up yet, but I will work on those as well as last nights results this weekend.
As for last night, the girls that were there performed very well, especially with the conditions that they were dealing with.  The nice thing is that the girls were for the most part positive and have a fun experience, and that showed in their results.  There were 7 teams in the meet and our girls were able to finish in 2nd!!  There were a lot of areas that girls are starting to step up, and having some nice weather will allow us to keep them moving in the right direction!
Next up with be the Blaine Invite on Tuesday.  This will be a Varsity only meet, with 4 individual entries in all events except for the Pole Vault, which will be 3, but then one relay team per relay events as well.  All of those not competing will be practicing at normal time and then will be competing on Thursday at the Andover JV.
Any questions on any of this, please let me know,
Thanks
Denny

Meet is On

Just got word that the meet for today is still on.  So long as there is no lightning or heavy down pours, the meet will continue if it is just raining.
Any questions, let me know,
Thanks

Centennial 9/10

Good Morning,
Letting you know that as of right now the Centennial 9/10 meet is still on as planned.  If there are any changes due to the weather I will let everyone know as soon as I can.
For those that are not competing today there will still be practice after school.  If by chance the meet is cancelled, we will still have practice.
We will be bringing a few athletes that will not be 10th grade and younger, but this to give them a few more events and experience.  But, this is an 8 team meet with limited entries into each event.
If there are any questions, please let me know,
Thanks
Denny

Coon Rapids Dual Results

Results for our team from yesterday's Dual vs. Champlin Park are now posted.  I am typing up the final results so they are easier to see and hope to have them posted later today.  But, as an overall team, we did end up beating Champlin Park 67-66, so good job to everyone!
It was a tough meet with conditions a little colder than what we would like, but a positive day for many.  There are still many things that the girls need to continue to work on, so hopefully they are things that we can figure out.
Thanks for those that were able to help yesterday, especially in the colder conditions, and thanks to all of you that were able to make it out to the meet.
Any questions, let me know,
Thanks
Denny

Tuesday Home Meet

We are good to go for our home meet on Tuesday vs Champlin Park.  Thanks for those that are volunteering and helping with the timing of the meet.  The meet will be starting at 3:45 with us using the normal schedule of events.  If you are helping, if you could be at the start/finish area by no later than 3:30, we would appreciate it.  If there are any weather issues, we will try and let everyone know as soon as we can.
To go along with this meet, one of our coaches, Coach Patti, will be hosting a Pasta Party tonight, from roughly 5:00-7:00, but athletes are able to arrive prior to, after practice.  We sent out the address to the athletes last week, but if you would like it personally, please let me know.  It is not a mandatory event, but one that we thought could be good for team bonding.
If you have any questions on any of this, please let me know,
Thanks
Denny
