JV Conference

The JV Conference meet today will be at Elk River High School, starting at 3:45 and will be run on a normal schedule of events.
This is the last JV meet of the year, so many will be done with racing after today, but that does not mean that they still cannot be coming to practice, working on things, and trying to get better, as well as helping out.  Until the State Meet, there is still close to three weeks left, so there is a lot of time to improve and to set themselves up for better performances next year.  This also lets us as coaches know who is dedicated to the idea of improving and will help us to start to build a plan for next year. 
Practices and meets will not be mandatory for JV athletes, but we would still like to see these athletes putting the time in.
