Times from Friday's Time Trial are now posted on the right side of this page. It was a bit of a cold day, but a good start and lets us know how much work we still need to do.
Below are the times for practices next week during Spring Break. The practices are mandatory unless I, or their event coach, have been notified. Please notify if there are any changes:
Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps : 2:45 Monday - Thursday at the High School
Distance: 9:00am Monday - Friday (Locations TBD)
Throws: 10:00am Monday and Tuesday; 12:00pm Wednesday at the High School
Pole Vault: 2:45 Monday - Friday at the High School

Practice Starts Today
Reminder that practice starts today at 2:45 in the Mezzanine, upstairs from the Fieldhouse. Be there by 2:30 and you NEED to be signed up!
