Well, we made it through the rain/drizzle. Pole Vault was cancelled due to this weather, and the other field events were effected in one way or another due to the precipitation, but we came out of the meet healthy, learned a few things, and put ourselves in a better spot as we get ready for the Conference Meet next week. There were no results kept, so there were no team scores. The only field events that were kept track of were the throwing events, so we do not have any distances for the long/triple jump, nor heights for high jump.
Next up is the JV Conference Meet on Thursday at Elk River. Anyone that is not competing in the Conference Meet will be in this meet. It will be the last chance for some girls to give themselves a chance at a spot for the Conference and possibly Section Teams.
