Centennial 9/10 - Hamline Elite

busy last couple of days with younger members of the team competing in the Centennial 9/10 Meet on Thursday and Kalley Harris competing Friday night at the Hamline Elite Meet against some of the top in the state.
Our individual results are now posted for Thursday's meet.  As for team results, I will get those up soon but we  placed 8th out of 8 teams, but we didn't bring any of our distance team and actually kept some of our other top 9th and 10th graders at home for some good practice.  But for those that did go, we got a lot of solid  performances and many personal bests.  The girls were very positive the whole meet, performed we'll and had a lot of fun.  We are hoping that they learn from this performance and  keep growing.
As for Kalley, she had a solid performance in the 300 IM Hurdles and finished in 8th out of nine in her first Elite Meet race.  If you are wanting to see all of the meet results, you can click on the Wayzata Results link above.
There will be a busy week ahead as we get closer to the big meets of May.  Tuesday will be a Varsity meet at the Blaine Invite and Thursdy will be a JV meet at Andover.  We will end the week at the Mega Meet in Sauk Rapids on Saturday.
If there are any questions please let me know
Thanks,
Denny
